Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 2, 2023, Michael Harris, chief operating officer (“COO”) of EVmo, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), submitted his resignation from the Company, to be effective as of the close of business on August 31, 2023, in order to pursue other professional opportunities. Mr. Harris has served as COO of the Company since January 3, 2023.

Mr. Harris’s duties as COO will be assumed, until further notice, by Stephen M. Sanchez, the Company’s chief executive officer.
