Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 1, 2023, Mr. Matthew Crystal resigned from his position as Director of Kona Gold Beverages, Inc. (the “Company”), which resignation was effective on that date. Mr. Crystal’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and him on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
