On February 1, 2023, the Issuer converted the series A convertible preferred stock held by the Reporting Person into 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock, after giving effect to the Issuers 1-for-2 forward stock split on November 30, 2022. On May 4, 2023, the Reporting Person received 4,427,371 shares of Common Stock as a gift from Dekui Liu. After giving effect to the Issuer's 2-for-1 reverse stock split on July 24, 2023, the Reporting Person beneficially owned 3,013,685 shares of Common Stock. On May 31, 2024, the Reporting Person received 5,985,273 shares of Common Stock as a gift from Dekui Liu.
