Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 14, 2024, Anthony S. Chan ceased to be employed by Sharing Services Global Corporation (the “Company”) or any of its subsidiaries. Mr. Chan had served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since his appointment by the Board of Directors (the “Board”) in November 2021. Mr. Chan’s employment agreement with the Company expired and was not renewed by the Board.

The Company thanks Mr. Chan for his dedicated service and contributions during his tenure and extends its best wishes for his future endeavors.
