Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 6, 2025, Investview, Inc. (the “Company”) plans to issue a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program that will allow the Company to repurchase up to $1,000,000 in aggregate value of shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share, through March 6, 2026, as more fully described in the press release. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
