Item 8.01. Other Events.

PHP Ventures Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), has announced that it caused to be deposited $4,770.70 into its trust account for its public stockholders, in order to allow additional time for the Company to extend the date by which it may consummate an initial business combination by one month (the “Extension”) from September 16, 2025 to October 16, 2025.
