On October 6, 2025, Presidio Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the purchase and sale activity for its Model Home division during the thrid quarter of 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
