On October 20, 2025, Ryde Group Ltd (the “Company”) closed its previously announced private offering of 33,340,000 Class A ordinary shares, par value US$0.0002 per share (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”), of the Company, at an offering price of US$0.30 per Class A Ordinary Share (the “Offering).
