Explanatory Note:

On ~~August~~October 133, 2025, Youxin Technology Ltd (the “Company”) ~~received~~disclosed ~~two~~receipt ~~deficiency~~of ~~letters~~a ~~(the~~notice ~~“Notice(s)”)~~of delisting from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), ~~notifying~~as ~~the~~a ~~Company~~result ~~(i)~~of ~~that~~its ~~the~~class A ordinary shares having a closing price of ~~Company~~less ~~did~~than ~~not~~$0.10 ~~meet~~per share for ten consecutive trading days and failing to satisfied the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). ~~and~~The ~~(ii) that the~~ Company ~~was not~~appealed inthis ~~compliance~~determination ~~with~~on ~~Nasdaq~~September ~~Listing~~29, ~~Rule 5550(b)(2)~~2025.

~~Staff subsequently determined~~On ~~that~~October ~~as of September 19~~17, 2025, the Company’s ~~securities~~received ~~had~~ a ~~closing~~letter ~~bid~~from ~~price~~Nasdaq ofstating ~~$0.10~~that ~~or less for ten consecutive trading days. Accordingly,~~ the Company ishas ~~subject~~regained tocompliance with the ~~provisions~~minimum ~~contemplated~~bid ~~under~~price requirement in Listing Rule ~~5810~~5550(ca)(32)~~(A)(iii)~~ (and that the ~~“Low~~delisting ~~Priced~~hearing ~~Stocks Rule”)~~is therefore mooted. AsThe aCompany’s ~~result,~~securities ~~the~~will ~~Company~~continue to ~~received~~be alisted ~~delisting~~and ~~notice~~trade ~~from~~on The Nasdaq ~~Capital~~Stock Market.

On September 29, 2025, the Company appealed the Staff’s determination to a Hearings Panel (the “Panel”). As previously noted, the filing of the appeal stays the delisting, and the Company’s shares continue to trade on Nasdaq.

On October 2, 2025, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq stating that, based on evidence that stockholders’ equity increased to more than $2.5 million, Staff determined that the Company is in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b) and the deficiency pursuant to Nasdaq listing Rule 5550(b)(2) is closed.
