On October 28, 2025, SharpLink Gaming, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s plan to deploy $200 million of the Company’s Ether treasury on Consensys Software Inc.’s Linea to access enhanced Ethereum DeFi yield at scale. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
