On November 3, 2025, Eightco Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the addition of Coinbase to the Company’s pilot program, INFINITY. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
