Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 2, 2026, Caring Brands, Inc., a Nevada corporation, (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the issuance of two new United States patents covering proprietary methods and compositions designed to enhance enzymatic activity in hair follicles, further strengthening the Company’s intellectual property portfolio supporting its Hair Enzyme Booster product and related matters. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
