Regulation FD Disclosures.

On February 4, 2026, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) is participating in the 2026 Brean Capital CEO Forum in Phoenix, Arizona. The conference is not being webcast. The Company’s investor presentation included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K contains reference slides which will be used during this conference. These slides provide select quarter- and year-end financial data.
