On February 19, 2026, bioAffinity Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing the release of a new clinical case study demonstrating how CyPath^® Lung helped determine the appropriate treatment for a 79-year-old female with a suspicious lung finding on a low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) scan.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
