Mr. Siyu Li is the beneficial owner of the sponsor and has voting and dispositive power over the shares owned by the sponsor. Mr. Siyu Li beneficially owns all of the sponsor's shares through Architexon Limited, a British Virgin Islands company that holds 70% of the shares, and Future Wealth SG Limited, a British Virgin Islands company that holds 30% of the shares.
