On November 14, 2018, the Board of Directors of State Bank Financial Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $.20 per common share to be paid on December 11, 2018 to the common stock shareholders of record as of December 3, 2018. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
