Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 4, 2025, Pinterest, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 by issuing a press release. In its press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on November 4, 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 and outlook. The text of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company makes reference to non-GAAP financial information in the Company’s press release and the conference call. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the attached press release.
