On September 29, 2015, Louis Hernandez, Jr. notified Aspect Software Parent Inc. (the “Company”) that he was resigning from the Board of Directors of the Company’s parent, Aspect Software Group Holdings Ltd. and its subsidiary, Aspect Software, Inc. effective September 29, 2015.
