- [F1]The original Form 4 filed on March 1, 2024 is being amended by this Form 4 amendment solely to correct an administrative error, which failed to report an option exercise on February 28, 2024. The Form 4 previously filed on March 1, 2024 only reported the sale of shares received upon exercise of the option, as well as shares surrendered upon the vesting of restricted stock units to satisfy the reporting person's related tax withholding obligation. As a result of filing this amendment, the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the corrected transaction reflects an addition of 13,000 shares to the number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person and a reduction in the number of derivative securities beneficially owned by the reporting person by 13,000. This addition and reduction also apply to the Form 4s filed by the reporting person after the original Form 4 was filed on March 1, 2024 but before this Form 4 amendment was filed.
