Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, the outstanding Extraction DSUs immediately prior to the effective time of the Merger were converted into the right to receive 1.1711 DSUs of Civitas Resources, Inc. (the "Issuer"). The DSUs vest in quarterly installments over a twelve (12) month period following the grant date and will become fully vested on January 20, 2022.
