This Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Form 8-K”) is filed by ClubCorp Club Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), in connection with the matters described herein.

On October 28, 2013, ClubCorp Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, the Company, redeemed $145.25 million in principal of its 10% senior notes due in 2018. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in this Item 8.01.
