Item 8.01 — Other Events

On April 30, 2018, Medical Imaging Corp. (the “Company”) ceased operations at its three Florida locations Partners Imaging Center of Venice, LLC, Partners Imaging Center of Port Charlotte, LLC and Partners Imaging Center of Naples, LLC.

In conjunction with the closure of these locations, the Company has expensed $555,000 in previously recorded goodwill associated with its ownership of the centers.

On May 7^th the Company issued a press release regarding the closure of the centers.
