Union Capital, LLC (Blue Citi Replacement Note)

On October 29, 2015 Blue Water Global Group, Inc. (“Blue Water”) received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $2,830 and issued 52,334,182 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.000055 a share pursuant to the Union Capital, LLC convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on August 17, 2015.

On October 30, 2015 Blue Water received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $2,830 and issued 52,345,455 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.000055 a share pursuant to the Union Capital, LLC convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the SEC on August 17, 2015.

On November 2, 2015 Blue Water received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $2,830 and issued 52,379,273 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.000055 a share pursuant to the Union Capital, LLC convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the SEC on August 17, 2015.

The remaining principal balance on this note is $34,917.

JDF Capital, Inc. (February 20, 2015 Note)

On October 30, 2015 Blue Water received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $4,500.00 and issued 45,000,000 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.0001 a share pursuant to the JDF Capital convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the SEC on February 23, 2015.

The remaining principal balance on this note is $44,200.

JSJ Investments, Inc. (May 1, 2015 Note)

On October 30, 2015 Blue Water received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $2,576.82 and issued 51,536,406 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.00005 a share pursuant to the JSJ Investments, In. convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the SEC on May 11, 2015.

The remaining principal balance on this note is $97,423.

As of November 2, 2015, Blue Water had 1,305,358,703 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
