Union Capital, LLC (Blue Citi Replacement Note)

On November 6, 2015 Blue Water Global Group, Inc. (“Blue Water”) received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $4,000 and issued 74,082,182 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.000055 a share pursuant to the Union Capital, LLC convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on August 17, 2015.

On November 7, 2015 Blue Water received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $4,000 and issued 74,098,182 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.000055 a share pursuant to the Union Capital, LLC convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the SEC on August 17, 2015.

The remaining principal balance on this note is $19,887.

Auctus Private Equity Fund, LLC (May 8, 2015 Note)

On November 5, 2015 Blue Water received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $1,853.18 and issued 74,127,200 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.000025 a share pursuant to the Auctus Private Equity Fund, LLC convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the SEC on May 11, 2015.

The remaining principal balance on this note is $56,250.

JMJ Financial, Inc. (May 6, 2015 Note)

On November 6, 2015 Blue Water received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $4,368 and issued 72,800,000 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.00006 a share pursuant to the Vis Vires Group, Inc. convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the SEC on May 11, 2015.

The remaining principal balance on this note is $88,965.

Vis Vires Group, Inc. (May 5, 2015 Note)

On November 9, 2015 Blue Water received a Notice of Conversion in the amount of $4,445 and issued 74,083,333 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, at an applicable conversion rate of $0.00006 a share pursuant to the Vis Vires Group, Inc. convertible note described in detail the Form 8-K filed with the SEC on May 11, 2015.

The remaining principal balance on this note is $74,555.

As of November 9, 2015, Blue Water had 1,854,706,872 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
