Item 8.01 Other Events

On October 24, 2013, Atkore International, Inc. issued an irrevocable notice of redemption relating to $41 million in aggregate principal amount of its currently outstanding 9.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2018 at a redemption price of 103.00% of the principal amount plus interest accrued to the date of redemption. The notes are expected to be redeemed on or about November 25, 2013.
