On July 11, 2016, WireCo WorldGroup Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company's expected results for each of net sales, net loss, Adjusted EBITDA, Credit Agreement EBITDA and Net Debt for the second quarter of 2016. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
