On February 9, 2026, Apollo Global Management, Inc. issued an earnings presentation announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025, which contained information regarding Athene Holding Ltd.’s financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. A copy of the earnings presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
