Section 6 – Asset-Backed Securities

Item 6.04 – Failure to Make a Required Distribution.

On February 27, 2024, the Depositor was notified by the Certificate Administrator that, on February 27, 2024, the servicer remittance report relating to the February 16, 2024 distribution was updated to reflect additional proceeds received in connection with one or more mortgage loans that were paid off. Such amounts were identified by the Servicer as relating to the February 16, 2024 distribution, resulting in an additional payment of principal to Class E ($14,515,769.07).
