Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 15, 2025, Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 to announce its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
