(the "Company") acquiring AirTokens from certain of the Company's initial coin offering purchasers pursuant to the claims process contained with the November 16, 2018 settlement agreement between the Company and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Claims Process").
- [F2]The transaction reported occurred as a result of the Company returning AirTokens to a certain initial coin offering purchaser who transferred an excess number of AirTokens to the Company on December 13, 2019 pursuant to the Claims Process.

Mr. Santos has sole voting and dispositive power over the securities held by the Company. Mr. Santos disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
