On February 12, 2020, Heritage NOLA Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report. The attached Exhibit 99 is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
