On May 17, 2021 ReShape Lifesciences Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
