Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 26, 2023, Tessco Technologies Incorporated, (the “Company”) issued a press release which contained, among other things, an announcement of the Company’s final financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2023, ended March 26, 2023. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
