Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 10, 2025, Bar Harbor Bankshares issued a press release announcing that it had received all of the regulatory approvals necessary to complete its acquisition of Guaranty Bancorp, Inc. (the “Merger”) and that the Merger is expected to close on or around July 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
