On July 31, 2025, Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended June 28, 2025. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
