On August 13, 2025, Saga Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on its Class A Common Stock to be paid on September 19, 2025, to shareholders of record on August 26, 2025, as set forth in the press release included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
