Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 27, 2025, the Board of Directors of Deere & Company (the “Company”) elected Cory Reed as President, Lifecycle Solutions, Supply Management, and Customer Success, effective November 3, 2025. On the effective date, Mr. Reed will cease to be the President, Worldwide Ag & Turf Division, Production & Precision Ag, Sales and Marketing Regions of the Americas and Australia.

On September 2, 2025, the Company issued a press release regarding Mr. Reed’s election as well as other senior management changes. A copy of the press release is furnished hereby as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
