On April 9, 2013, Kenneth Spiegeland resigned as a Director of ACM Corporation (the “Company”). To our knowledge, Mr. Spiegeland’s resignation did not arise from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

On the same date Mr. Spiegeland resigned as the Company’s President, Treasurer and Secretary.
