On June 2, 2016, Starz, the parent company of Starz, LLC, issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that Chris Albrecht, Chief Executive Officer of Starz, will be presenting at Gabelli & Company’s 8th Annual Movie & Entertainment Conference on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM ET at the Andaz 5^th Avenue Hotel in New York, New York. During his presentation, Mr. Albrecht may make observations regarding Starz’s financial performance and outlook and may discuss future opportunities.
