On September 30, 2015, Amber Bonney, Vice President Accounting and Principal Accounting Officer of New Source Energy GP, LLC (“NSGP”), the general partner of New Source Energy Partners L.P. (“NSLP,” collectively with NSGP, the “Partnership”), informed the Partnership of her intention to resign from her positions. Ms. Bonney's last day with the Partnership will be November 9, 2015.
