("Pfizer"), each outstanding restricted share unit of RemainCo was adjusted so that such restricted share unit became a restricted share unit in respect of common shares ("Common Shares") of the Issuer (each, an "Issuer RSU") and a restricted share unit in respect of RemainCo common shares.
