Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 18, 2016, Diadexus, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial information as of and for its first quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
