Item 8.01.	Other Events.

On February 25, 2022, Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share payable to shareholders of record on March 11, 2022. This dividend will be paid on March 25, 2022. The Company’s Board of Directors approved the dividend on February 24, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference
