In addition, on September 20, 2018, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Lane is obligated to make a capital contribution of $4,500 on September 27, 2018 out of her $150,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 46.01 Common Units to Ms. Lane, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
