In addition, on February 14, 2019, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Lane is obligated to make a capital contribution of $9,000 on February 22, 2019 out of her $150,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 94.18 Common Units to Ms. Lane, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
