In addition, on August 20, 2019, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. McGee is obligated to make a capital contribution of $1,800 on August 27, 2019 out of her $90,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 18.21 Common Units to Ms. McGee, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
