In addition, on November 20, 2019, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Walter is obligated to make a capital contribution of $1,250 on November 27, 2019 out of his $50,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 12.59 Common Units to Mr. Walter, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
