In addition, on December 16, 2019, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Lane is obligated to make a capital contribution of $5,000 on December 23, 2019 out of her $100,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 49.99 Common Units to Ms. Lane, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
