Urstadt Irrevocable Trust (the "CDU Trust") is a limited partner. The Reporting Person is the sole beneficiary of the CDU Trust. The number of shares reported also does not include shares of Common Stock of the Issuer owned by Urstadt Property Company, Inc. ("UPCO"), of which the Reporting Person is an officer and shareholder. Shares held by URACO and UPCO are separately reported by Elinor F. Urstadt and the Estate of Charles J. Urstadt, together the controlling shareholder of UPCO.
