Other Events

On August 14, 2015, Innocoll AG (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015 and an update on the Company's lead products and clinical programs. A copy of the press release is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
